Bio Note Mr. Pushpender Kaushik, a poet, critic, short story writer, and pedagogue, is currently working as a Lecturer in English. He has completed his M.A. in English from H.P. university , Shimla and further M. Phil. in English with specialization on ‘Values based sociological critique’ on Indian- English literature from CDLU Sirsa. He has been associated with various research projects on humanities and science both.He has been actively participating and presenting his research articles in national and international conferences. His notable work ‘Literary Criticism and Theory: Nature and Obligation’ has been added as a chapter in a book of seminar proceedings published by Christopher Arts & Science College (Women). He has acted as the Chief Editor of the book Beyond Borders: Exploring the Intersection of Literature and Criticism published by Lambert Academic Publishing .He has contributed as the Chief Editor of the books Horizons of interpretation: unraveling literature through varied critics published by Ryan Publication, Beyond Borders: Exploring the Intersection of Literature and Criticism and Infinite Horizons: Mapping Women's Rights and Obligations,by Lambart Publication which have been translated into different languages. His recent book is Research Methodology For Social Sciences. He has compiled two anthologies of poetry and short stories written by his students namely Srijan Sangam and Echoes of Imagination.His poems have been published in various anthologies of diverse Publications. He is an active member of State Resource Group for the online content preparation under the aegis of SCERT ,HP and CIET Delhi .He has acted as resource person at SCERT, HP and NCERT,Delhi. He has received ,Education Excellence Award for the year 2020 for innovative practices in the field of education and National Level Award for Excellence and Innovation in Online Education for the year 2023and HP State Teachers Award for the year 2024.He has been included among Top 70 Unique Writers and Top Influencers of 2024 by Global Literary Circle and publishers
